6. At the discretion of Pooch & Mutt the end user may be offered:

• A full refund
• A complementary pack to continue the trial, after accepting a complementary pack no future claim can be made

7. Payments will be made to the value of the products, not including any delivery charges.

11. Claims must be accompanied by an explanation of at least 100 words explaining why you are not satisfied with your purchase. This should include your dog's breed, weight, the amount fed and the problem you wanted the product to help with and how you fed the product.

13. Invalid or incomplete requests will not be honoured and the customer will not receive notice to this effect.

14. Refund offer applies solely to individuals, not to businesses or sellers of Pooch & Mutt products.

15. In case of fraud Pooch & Mutt reserves the right to claim repayment of the amount paid along with compensation for any other damages.
