If something isn’t right, we’ll help fix it quickly.
You can return any product within 14 days if it’s unopened, and in a condition where we can resell. Sorry, we can’t accept returns of opened food for safety reasons.
If we’ve made a mistake (like sending the wrong product) — we’ll send you a free returns label to put it right.
For subscriptions, we’ll send a reminder email 3 days before renewal, so you’ve time to make changes or skip your next delivery.
1. Repack your items securely
Make sure your product’s still sealed, and in a condition where we can resell before sending back. We can’t accept opened items for hygiene and safety reasons.
2. Include your 6-digit order number and contact details
You’ll find it under Order History in your account, or in your confirmation email.

If you have changed your mind you can return an item to us if the product is unopened and in a resell-able state. We cannot accept returns if the product has been opened but your dog does not like the food.
If you have a subscription with us, we will send you a reminder email 6 days prior to your order being dispatched so as to give you plenty of time to ensure you still want the order or if you would prefer to move it back to a later date.
To return an item to us, please send it to the address below, including your 6 digit order number and contact details in your parcel. Please note, this is not a free post address and you will need to return an item this way if:
1. You have set up a subscription recurring order but have changed your mind.
2. You would like to cancel your order but it has already been processed.

Please note: we can only send free returns postage labels in the UK if:
1. You have received the wrong products.
2. The order has been sent by error on our part.
Once we receive your returned items, we will issue a refund and you will be notified by email. Please note, it can take between 5-10 working days for your refund to be processed, depending on your bank.
We aim to ship your order the same day if placed before 1pm. Standard delivery takes 1-2 working days.
